This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no Google Analytics. We do not store any personal data when you visit the site. The current opening hours are fetched from our own app; no personal data is sent in the process.

Tickets, season passes and the school portal

If you order tickets in the ticket shop (tickets.roosendaalonice.nl) or your school books in the school portal (scholen.roosendaalonice.nl), we use your name and email address to process your order and send your tickets. For a season pass we also store a passport photo, solely for access control. Payments are handled by Mollie; we never see your bank details. Our data is stored with Supabase in the European Union.

Retention period

We do not keep data longer than necessary: orders for the statutory retention period of the accounts, passport photos until the end of the season.

Cameras and photos

There is camera surveillance on site for safety. Photos and videos are taken for publications; prefer not to be recognisable? Let a staff member or the photographer know.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. Email us at info@roosendaalonice.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
